away from the races since being haltered by current owner/trainer Angela M Ingenito for $5,000 (28Oct-04) in her racing debut at CT, where she finished a dull sixth in a field of nine, TREE THE CAT rallied from far back to finish second, beaten three lengths by the even-money favorite, Little Bodgit. She carried highweight of 121, conceding five pounds to the winner.

This mare did not begin racing until October of her 4yo year, and appears to like longer distances. Should be right there against maiden fillies at 1M-1/16, or longer. Turf potential, as do all Excellers.
